The Severn Loop 5k takes place on 27th December 2009 (10:30am) in the famous Quarry Park, near to Shrewsbury Town Centre.

Club Information
- Shrewsbury Athletics Club
- The club is based at Shrewsbury Athletic Track, at Shrewsbury College, London Road, SY2 6PR. We have an increasing junior section of the club, who compete in the Shropshire Young Athletes League track and field (Summer) and Cross Country (Winter). There is currently a waiting list for the Under 11 & Under 13 agegroups. Please phone the Club Secretary for youngsters to be added to the list. Club Secretary- Doreen Jebb (01743) 358613 The club has a senior track and field team- with men and ladies competing in the new Midland Track and Field League. We have a strong senior distance running group, competing in Road, Track, Fell and Cross Country.
